For those who have decided to spend a few days in Tehran (despite what I said), here is a possible tour in the area.
The place is located 80 km (still) east of the city in a former royal estate. It's called "Tang é Vashi, and as he is one of the favorite outings téhérannais Friday, many people know (you will So just ask).
The first part of the walk is more interesting: you have to walk out of the riverbed along a narrow gorge. In the middle of the road, it is surprising to see a large mural carved out of the mountainside. It represents a hunting scene from the period Quadjars (Persian dynasty of 19 th century).
